The B.O.S.S. Survey is an in-depth metrics gathering exercise conducted by the Small Business Advocate (SBA). It is designed to accumulate all the important information regarding the business and the founders/owners. Important metrics are examined like revenues (if any), liabilities, funding requirements, growth potentials, and assets.
The Small Business Advocate (SBA) is a highly trained professional who is certified on the B.O.S.S. Platform and understands in great detail the information-gathering requirements.
This data set is required to complete the next step in the process, the creation of the Custom Strategic Plan by the Senior Business Strategist.
The data that is collected electronically is then organized utilizing the B.O.S.S. Platform. This powerful technology delivers this newly compiled data set to the Senior Business Strategist, who then uses the technology to design a series of strategies organized in chronological order.
Once the strategies are completed the B.O.S.S. Platform technology formats the finalized information into a Custom Strategic Plan (CSP). This CSP is delivered to the client in an online format that is easy for the client to access and review.
The CSP includes detailed information about the founders/owners’ credit profile, business credit metrics, and business development strategies, as well as an executive summary and a 6 – 12 month calendar of strategy sessions.
Once the client engages the company, plan implementation immediately commences. LenCred has two plans that the client can choose from. The Business Pro MAX (12 months) and the Business Pro LITE (6 months). Both of the Business Pro products include sessions with three individual teams of professional consultants and strategists.
These professionals are trained specialists in their category and work one-on-one with the client to achieve the business goals outlined by the strategies in the Custom Strategic Plan (CSP). Simultaneously the three teams work together in concert for the benefit of the client. This combined effort is the powerful one-two punch that creates unparalleled results for the business owner.
The Client Survey is an in-depth metrics-gathering exercise conducted by one of our B.O.S.S.™ Certified – Financial Services Providers (FSP). This technology engine accumulates all the key data analytics about a business, industry, and its principal owners.
Once the initial Client Survey data-gathering exercise is complete, Module #1 begins to compile additional essential data. Through strategic partnerships with big data aggregators, additional third-party data about the business and client are imported through an API import routine utilizing sophisticated encryption technology. Now combined, this new data set is used to perform the proprietary algorithms shared amongst all three B.O.S.S.™ Platform modules.
Upon completion of the Client Survey, Module #1 transfers the compiled data to B.O.S.S.™ Platform module #2. Data integrity and security is a primary overarching objective of the B.O.S.S.™ Platform, so even though the data is transferred, it remains tokenized and stored within Module #1 to ensure proper data redundancy.
Once the data transfer is successful to Module #2, the creation of a Custom Strategic Plan (CSP) commences. At this stage, the B.O.S.S.™ SaaS utilizes the newly compiled data set to organize, format, and launch the cloud-based CSP which is entirely unique to each individual client. The Custom Strategic Plan’s main feature is a specific set of chronologically organized strategies aimed at attaining the goals gathered in Module #1.
The CSP includes information about the founders’/owners’ personal credit qualifications, business credit metrics, business development strategies, an executive summary, and a 6 – 12 month calendar of strategy sessions designed to meet or exceed the goals of the client.
The CSP is presented to the Client by the Certified B.O.S.S.™ Financial Services Provider. Once a client is engaged, the Module #2 combined data set and the CSP are transferred to the fulfillment team that utilizes Module #3.
